Once a recording has been provided to a client, the client is responsible for managing and protecting any copy they download or otherwise retain.

Zoom cloud recordings are subject to an automatic deletion setting, meaning recordings are removed from active cloud storage after the configured retention period.
Recording access links are generally configured to expire 30 days after sharing. Clients are encouraged to download and securely save their recording before the link expires. The recording may remain in Zoom cloud storage until the applicable 90-day automatic deletion period has elapsed.
Where applicable, recordings may remain temporarily recoverable or be retained in backups or other systems in accordance with Zoom's processes.
5.3 Retention of Other Personal Information
Booking records, purchase information, email communications, marketing subscription details and other personal information are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the business, meet legal obligations or resolve legitimate concerns.
